I know I have the 3 year warranty, I am saying I am pretty sure I was charged for it when it is supposed to be FREE.

I know the voltage bouncing around is not my charger, as I stated before my other set of lipos do not do this on the same charger.

There is a battery specialist store by my house, I will see if they can do some tests on the batteries for me, I am more comfortable with a professional doing that than myself.
