Pretty much for sub-C batteries in our application. It's whichever measurement you see on the label. Basically it's how best the battery can not build this resistance. Sanyo's are good, I've owned some Panasonics that build res. up like you wouldn't beleive but that is only if they are stored too long without being cycled, the Sanyo just have a higher base of resistance but don't build up resistance much like Pana's do from storage.
