It's actually the opposite...as you go from 1 to 52, the drive frequency gets lower...lower drive freq equals more torque. The higher you raise each block, the more torque for that throttle step.
I thought that too, but when I look at the setups that are posted on the ko site, it seams to be the opposite. for instance, look at the 1/12 mod. this was josh's setup. The setup starts at one and finishes at 41. unless you want low torque at initial pull and want high torque at full throttle. the 5,6 cell setup is the same and these were from drew and ralph.
