hi guys. id love to read through this thread but it looks massive and dont have the time to do so, so i thought i would just chime in and see what happens hope you guys dont mind.
i am looking into going brushless i currently race nitro buggy (xray xb808)
but am very interested in going brushless or having both.
i will be seriously considering the losi eight-E 2.0 kit with the xceleron 2100kv motor and esc.
but would like to know a few things first so i am wondering if you guys could help?
firstly is the motor the 2100kv included in kit strong and fast enough for 1/8 scale racing vs the nitro's? and what is the maximum voltage i can put into this motor esc combo that comes with the kit with out it getting too hot?
also if i was to buy the losi 8 E 2.0 with the xcelorin 2100kv motor with speedo would i be able to put the 2400kv motor that is on losi's website sold seperately,and still and still be able to use the original esc that came with the kit or would i have to upgrade that too?
