you may still run with a front one-way with rubber tire.
the diff is actually well made and you shouldnt havemuch problem when building it. just make sure you dont put excessive diff oil in it and it will not leak. besides, use 3mm machined screws instead of the stock 2.5mm self tapping screws as the stock screws will loose up sooner or later.
