i hate to flame a company on line but feel they need to know how their customers feel and if they don't answer there phone or emails i don't know any other way.

From the moment that forum went down, which was the only source for any information regarding RB products, things became very difficult RB fans. And it only leads people away eventhough quality is were it was.
