i have been a fan of RB engines for a long time but i am losing faith fast. the piston rist pin clip came out of my newest ws7III with only 2 gal through it. i understand things happen and can live with that but what really bugs me is that twice in the last couple of months i have tried to contact RB and they don't respond. 1st time i was looking for a part # for a replacement screw for the carb and i left a email message and recieved no responce(2 months ago) and this time when i called the message said to leave a voice mail but the mailbox was full and it wouldn't let me. when i spend this much money on a race engine i do expect some level of customer service. i still believe RB engines are some of the best built but i think i will be looking for another company if things don't improve.
i hate to flame a company on line but feel they need to know how their customers feel and if they don't answer there phone or emails i don't know any other way.
