TC's for sure. You can get the RH high enough with a pan car; the problem is getting the foams to hook up. Parking Lots are usually covered in lots of dust which makes traction terrible. Even if you were able to get all the dust off, and then were able to spray grape soda, traction still is so-so IMHO. On the same parking lot most people find it much easier to find grip with a sedan.
