I had this similar problem when my truck was new. I figured it was due to new parts all working together. Losi needs running time to "loosen" up right at about a gallon of fuel or about 90 min of run time my truck came to life. I ran stock oils for the first 5 weeks then changed to new diff oils 7 10 1 and losi 30 35 oil and have not looked back.Droop can be a factor too.A friend of mine and me bot ours 2 weks apart and there wrer differences in both outof the box.A good full checkup is never a bad thing. I have ran 106mm for droop in the front and it did help the dive ,but were on a diiferent track and allso no real fellin if that would help. Not gettin all into setup but it may just need more running. It seemed that the truck would traction roll and do horrible things but progressivly that went to zero and the thing is now a great handling machine. I love mine and glad I own it. time for a buggy now
