Are fuel filters important at all?
I had a fuel filter for awhile, but I noticed that after about 5 tanks of fuel there was absolutely no debris trapped on the screen except one little stringy thingy, so I ditched it. I suspected it of causing suction problems through the fuel line.
Are fuel filters all that important? Are they as important as air filters? Should I get one for my new car?
