Assuming there are enough volunteers to help build it, will there be enough to help prep and maintain it? I heard about a track in Lawrence that didn't have much help prepping and maintaining it. Will this track suffer a similar fate? This was before my time so there may be more to the story. Feel free to correct me. I just want to bring to everyone's attention the long term commitment that this would require. Unless the land owner is willing/able to to absorb all that responsibility?
