turn the bearing holder to set the tension or if it doesn't work you should change the belt to the old version (for the standard ifs, not ifsr).

36t will give you lower internal ratio (37t:18t = 2.055 IR, 36t:18t = 2.000 IR).
this gives you a flexibility to find FDR, does not make your car faster.
