the problem is being caused by vibration fatigue of the coil. It happens when using 30 percent fuel on a nova 12 with an MC59. The added heat from the fuel causes the element to glow hotter and it becomes succeptable to vibration fatigue. step up to a RB 6 or an MC8 or 9
