I just measured the new one I have (from the link I provided) and it is 1.439 inches overall.
I think Rex says to cut them down to 1.42 inches and round the end.
I didn't take out the one he modded for the 3-port sport since I am still waiting on my O-Rings from MM.
My original 5-port LSN measures 1.611 inches overall. Hope that helps some.
