Prob the best bargain out there is the Hyperion 0610iNet - 10amps, 250watts output power for $150 if you can find one, looks like they've been discontinued.
The Hyperion 0720iNet is 20amps with 250watts and is the charger that replaced the 0610i. These are both balancing chargers -
