I use the Dubro balancer and lead tape. I tried modeling clay, but I guess its too hot here, it falls off after a few weeks, kinda looks dried out.

This does large MT wheels/tires. For smaller stuff I use a Matt Francis too - bought several years ago, I don't think they are sold any longer.
