ok so we tried 20lap qualifers friday night for our pro trans am race. so a guy in the first heat got 20 laps in 6:45 and a guy in the second heat got 19 laps in 5:45 we were turning 13 to 16 second lap spread. so you can't have the slow guys in a resort as they can get 20 laps just not as quick at the fast guys but if your using laps to figure it all out you can't have a heat of slow guys and fast guys because 20 laps will always out qualify 19 if the driver that got 19 did it in a heat that had a driver got 20 before he was able to get his last lap. but you can still do laps for the mains which is what I did 25 lapper for the "B" and 50 lapper for the "A"
