Ummm, looking at it again, the front side and rear side can be pulleys of different teeth (both must be the same) and the results will yield the same.

So instead of 24T, they could both be 23T or even 25T and will still yield 1.875 front internal ratio. If other than these pulleys, I think Serpent has to make new ones as 23T, 24T and 25T pulleys are readily available from other cars.
