You can find simlies from other forums (like I did in the German rc-forum.de). If you find one you like, put your mouse over the graphic and right click - a menu should appear (at least on my mac ) and select properties. This will show you the full web address of the graphic.

Now come back to this forum and when you want to insert the graphic you saw in the other forum in your posting, click the "IMG" button at the top of the page and "paste" in the full web address of the graphic which you found in the other forum!

Easy, no?
