Yes. I am serious. That's why I come to ask...and gloat a little. He he. But the real reason was to see if you used an exergen like my local pros. In fact one of the local hotshoes witnessed three full tanks of me driving just last night. He was just sure I was running the engine too lean. But I let him drive/tune/drive/tune several tanks through the truck.

He fattened the thing up to where it was a real pig on the bottom and would juuuust clear the doubles. Checked temps and my gun was showing 230ish. Then he would lean a little every couple of laps and worked the engine back to great bottom end---overshooting most doubles by a few feet---and my temp gun would show 270-280. But performing the water droplet test sure didn't look like 270. The droplets would stay on the head for 15 seconds average.

Just wanted to ask around. I'm actually wanting to video this tomorrow. A friend and I are planning to practice and I really should take my camera just to prove it. I didn't believe it at first.

I have a Futaba 3PK radio and used the timer on it and it showed 16+ till tank was dry one time. This however was on a flat black top road just to do some clutch testing. That's when I thought to myself "this friggin radio timer is waaaay off." So I checked by cell phone time and so did one of my buddies at the same time. We came to 15 minutes on both phones and the radio showed 15:20 or something.
