Why don't you try to adding the text that goes with it to put things into context. Here is the link to the page:

They way you presented this gives a very negative connotation of what Promatch is doing. I'm sorry that you feel that way about your batteries but they did honor the money back gaurantee right?

Perhaps you just didn't give them a chance. The packs I used at the Reedy Race this year had lower numbers than the ones that you stated and believe me, I am no motor guru. Why was my car so fast then?
