Yes Ruben is correct for pit reservations. The fee will be $20 per pit spot. You will be allowed one pit spot for each class. If you sign up for 2 classes, you can get 2 spots, but will have to pay for both ($40 total). And as mentioned, you can either contact Ted or myself for pit spots.
We will not be taking pit spots unless your entry has been submitted and confirmed to ROAR. We will verify the list published by ROAR to verify your entry and how many classes you are in. If you are planning on getting a group together and would like them in the same area, include that in your request. We will try to accommodate everyone as best as possible. The sooner you get your entries in, the sooner you can get a pit spot, the better your chances of pitting in a group. We will not have a limit of how many pit spots are open. We have permanent pit covers that will fill first (about 98 spots). Once those are filled and need more room we will look into renting a large tent for extra space. Please make your plans as soon as possible to give us ample time to make the proper accommodations.
We will also be supplying a map for people coming with trailers and RVs. That will be out at a later time. Trailers and RVs will not need to pay pit spot reservations.
