does the engine idle on bench ?
imo , i can tell you that the 367 engine loves a little higher deck heighth (shim at .90mm) a turbo combustion chamber with a hotter glow plug ( odo77t ) .

i can only make suggestions over the pc , it is very difficult to assess a problem with an engine and diagnose without having the engine in hand .

from what i can gather you have experience in nitro if you have been doing it for 15 yrs. .

there is no problems with the car it is being ran in ? fuel tank , fuel lines , plugged pipe and all the obvious stuff i take it .

when you say it runs at 295* , does that mean it wont run at all at lower temps ? or that is where it makes the power ?

hope this helps ,
monty

just my opinion
