He's running nitro. The glitch buster is only used in electric powered vehicles where the amp draw from the motor is very high. Such as your E-Maxx.

OfnaJoe,

Check the transmitter batteries. When they get low you will notice reduced range, and delay at a distance. The Spektrum system I had lost all but 6ft of range when the batteries in my 3PK hit 9.5 volts, which is much higher than the low voltage alarm in the 3PK. Hope this helps.
