i love horizion/losi/jr... only company i will drive 4. my shock tower broke on my 2.0 in dec. i called them like a week ago they sent me a nib 2.0 tower.
being a dick will get u no where in the customer service field. im not pointing anyone out im just sayin. if you called in a problem and where being a complete ass you wont get anything from them and they will charge you for everything they can. now if u call. be completely nice and patient you will most likely get what u wanted
