Your LSN is too fat, lean it. As you get closer to the right setting it'll take longer to drop to idle, when you get it right the idle will stay high. Once it does that readjust your idle screw.

The fat bottom end is loading up the engine with fuel and you're getting a false idle. With this going on you may also be too lean on top.
