i have been running an airtronics 94358 for steering in my buggies for at least 4 race seasons now and have never had a problem. there is some slop but whatever. im thinking about a maybe getting a hitec next...
on a side note...most of the people i have seen fry servos are people who dont bother to set their endpoints properly or have their servo saver spring way too tight.
