I have a huge gap between front bearing and flywheel as vario 3 flywheel is quite narrow. collet touches the bearing as it's supoposed to but it just looks like vario is made like this. I got two big races with the clutch (about 3 hours of driving time) and everything works well.
collet - 0.3mm shim - bearings and clutchbell has just the right amount of play.
