You claim to have experience with the Serpent parts... I'm curious because if you built one correctly, you will know that every part like the arms for example that are tight fitting and that if you ream and clean out the extra flashes in the holes where the pivot pin goes in with a dremel with a 3 mm drill bit, you'll find that you get all the required parts with the same fit to the pivot pins.
