What's your clutch setup/clutch bell/spur/car?
First you need to get your tune right, you said you bottom felt good, and the problem is mid to high. Your temps are high so I'd say you're too lean on top. It'll hesitate/stutter when it's lean and it'll sound like it gurgling if it's too rich.
