I have a WS7 and have done a full rebuild on it .
The engine is really sluggish down low and then hits a power band at half revs .
It flames out all the time .
It has new bearings and the carbi and back plate is sealed .
Plenty of pinch and compression as it is new .
WHAT IS WRONG , PLEASE HELP
