I know you from other forums (team wave) I see you have the XERUN 120A,
Version 1.1 or 2.0 ?
My story with EZrun is quit differend, I run fo two years LRP TC spec, and it worked OK, but lately switched to LIPO 2s and two of my LRP stopped, not burning and smoking, no lights burning, just dead.
I needed a ESC because i want to run my practise rounds so i pull out the ESC
(EZrun 60) from my son's offroad and put it in my TC Car, the EZrun will only
run 5.5 turns motors, the lowest I have is Orion 4.5 turns.
I was surprised the EZRUN performed realy good, only in lower RPM it was not
as powerfull as usual, but still very quick.by the way after all pushing the ESC
reached temp off 49 degr.C the motor 68 degr. C, very nise for A ESC of 58usd.
But this isn't the end of the story, beeing impressed by the performance of the EZrun I have ordered a XERUN 120A (2.0) and give it past week a test run.
After made the setting in accordance with the indoor track i give the throttle stick the maiden push, this was the moment i feeled allready this is OK, after the furst full run i changed all the punch settings and timing settings to its max, and run it for six minutes, each corner out and corner in under breaking
it still reacting the same way, this is wath I call a solid ESC for only 136 USD.
The temp the ESC reached is only 43 degr.C (LRP 58 degr.C , the motor 4.0t SP 69degr.C the LIPO was 53 degr. C.
Hobbywing stated on there website (THIS IS TE BEST ESC IN CHINA) and I agree this statement and for the money and performance it is the best I have ever seen.
I hope it will last a very long time for me and so far it is equall to LRP, it is even better on the programming side, with the Card connected of course.
By the way with this ESC I set the track record sharper, the first run under the 9.3 seconds, I am happy.
