I'm looking at these two, which one is better? I like the price, 40$ isn't bad but I wouldn't want to go beyond that because i'm on a budget,
Having a clutch on these means that you can torque the screws right?? Looks like the skill one doesn't have one, but thats ok because I can always hand tighted the screws.
