i think your asking a lot to have this thing divided into 3 classes at any point... 10.5 OR 13.5 lipo (7.4v) is pee in your pants fun, and 13.5 OR 17.5 4c or 1/s should be the starter class... me, i'm puting my 5 y/o in a 17.5 7.4v lipo car..
