Maybe. But generally, once a preserve, park, etc. gets deeded over it becomes the property of the municipality that it was given to. So, unless the donor retained title to it in some way it probably becomes a city park. Be interested to know the answer.
Not sure.
I do know that "the man" in charge of this track has the last name of Elings, and the parks name is Elings Park, so if your RC track is managed and raced on by someone that high up, things just get done.
