Has anyone else had any issues with this company? We had purchased in Feb 2nd 2009 the IFMAR Worlds 2008 videos (3) in good faith that they would send them to us but yet to date we havent had anything show up to the door. We have confirmation that they have gotten moneys for the purchase, have sent 6 emails to them and we got one back saying (we will look into it right away and let you know right away whats going on) and that was a month and a half ago. This is rediculous for a company of such to be making themselfs look this horrible without showing any kind of action in to helping out finding whats going on. My question is has anyone else had these issues with this company?
