The tuning philosophy for this engine is to set the high end and leave it, then work around the low speed needle until you get it right... right?

I'm amazed that this engine kept so much compression after sitting, disassembled on a table in my basement. As such, I don't really expect too much out of it, but just a pleasant surprise. Going to try to keep this is a back-up if I can figure out the tuning on it. I do not want to get a carb from a different manufacturer, as I'm not particularly interested in incurring cost.
