wrap the head in a towel or a beer cooler or tire foam or anything that will stop the heat from dissipating from heatsink. 210-220 is optimal heat range for run-in period but 200 is pretty close hopefully you got a bf limited ? the bf limited is an awesome engine with all the qualities of the expensive mill without the quality pricing
