the diffs ARE NOT directly interchangable. the diff carrier bearings are of different sizes. the only way you can run a t4 diff is to use a complete t4 trans and t4 t plate.
Sorry I meant the whole tranny with the ball diff from the T4. Not the diff itself. It was early. I'm not sure its that much of an advantage but I'm trying it this weekend and I'll let you know.
