Just finished my build, couldn't have been any easier. No servo saver issues, although i pre-threaded without the spring, no clearance issues on the steering assy, no diff issues, it rolls super smoothe and quiet. I like the battery set-up. One thing i need to look into is the motor mount assembly. With my 5800 there is no wiggle room. I had to go up 2t on my pinion to get the proper mesh. It really shouldn't be a prob as it's near the gear i wantred to try, but doesn't seem like much room for change in that dept, the motor is snug behind the tranny.

All in all, I say it's a cool truck and went together nice. Everything you need is there, and not one extra, don't lose anything...lol

Now it's time to paint and i just realized the paint i ordered from Tamiya says "plastic paint", of course i normally get the polycarbonate paint. Anyone know if the "plastic" paint will bond to lexan?????
