Now on with the proper subject. Murai formally of TRF who has now departed to HPI was a stern believer in the racing side of Tamiya (TRF), notice how the top of the range cars developed a few years ago first with the 404x and onwards to his final car the Evo3, This was when Murai was handed the design area or TRF. The previous designer was a stern believer in the TA03 and from what information we found out last year in Japan he was still there and still a believer in alternative drive trains.........I dont believe till there are pics of the car that one can say it will be either a SD or a belt drive, or even a mixture of both again. Rick
rick i still dont see what u are getting at.
have you ever driven a 414 of ur own?no
the most competite tamiya car uve driven is ur evo3 sl.
so how do u know which one is better.as stated a few pages back u said the evo3 was better.
but it hasnt won no were near as many races.
so my point is why are you making points here?
most of us here have a 414 and know the history of it.
i just cant see what ur point is.
also if the evo3 sl is sooo good then why do they still develop the 414 and build a 415?
also if it was a sd then why not just call it an evo4?
and then they wudnt have had to made the sl.
