If you're destroying those gaskets, you should play with your manifold-to-engine fit. Were you using 2 exhaust springs to hold the manifold on? Try one.
Also, play with the exhaust hanger on the car. See which side is falling apart, loosen the hanger, then try to position the pipe away from that side, then tighten down the hanger.
That should help make them last a little longer.
