I am new to nitro and Monty spent a fair bit of time on the phone with me educating me and helping get the right engine for my use. The shipment was timely and he even shimmed the head no charge. I have pm'ed him a few times the past few weeks with more newbie questions and he has always replied with a smile and great info. I told him earlier this week that I was going to start the break in process today. Break in went well today. I got about 7 tanks on it to start the process. During one break my phone rang and it was Monty. He just wanted to know how it was going and if I needed any help. I was very impressed that he would remember that I was doing break in today much less his thoughtfullness to be sure I was getting along well with my new engine. This is service that is extremely rare in todays world.
