use a ride shock pump to remove the bubbles, but don't be too concearned about it, you will never have it air free and air tight.

most of the team drivers are filling the diffs full. what i do is use the ride shock air removal tool. and fill it till its ALMOST full(half the width of the crown gear in the diff) and then when its at the right level with no air bubbles, i drop the ring gear in and add oil till its full. no mess no spillage. use some "ultra black" permatex rtv silicone on the face of the diff housing where they touch. and vola. usually don't have to service the diff for several hours of running with no leaks.
