Novak recommend an FDR of 4.5 for the 13.5 with a sintered rotor. So if you go to
www.gearchart.com you can find the exact combo to run. If your running the cyclone S with the standard 16t pulleys then the gear combo to run would be around a 70 spur and 35 pinion which will give you an FDR of 4.88, check temps after 2 mins practice and gear up or down accordingly by changing the pinion, you should be coming off at about 80 degrees celsius after 5mins. I would honestly run 48 pitch gears mate they are easier to work with.
