I did the Lipo convert yesterday on my 3R. I used a 2S Lipo, 7.4v 1500mah, and I have the cutoff set at 4v. I'll see how much time I can get on a full charge. I did notice the radio is a little lighter now too.

I also took the idea of using 1/8 scale buggy foams as spacers.
