lol i didn't, it was just the thread scuffing into the shoe, i pulled the shoe, and the anodizing was scratched. then i ran the screw in without the shoe, and saw the thread's go all the way through the plate, i took a piece of alum stock, and milled a jig to place the shoe in, then counter sunk the whole the way it should of been, like on the KH shoe, really to much work for some stock shoes, but that's all i have at this time.
