Dont need shorter arms. The offset wheels is what narrows up the chassis and the bigger/wider body covers up the tires. The Associated SC10 is basically a lengthened T4 truck. All the arms are the same as on the T4.

All Losi would have to do to make a SCT would be to make the appropriate wheels, lengthen the XXXT chassis, make a correct body and bumpers, and I believe they have a gear diff already in the Speed-T or Desert Truck that they could use.
