Humm, I don’t think you want to put the main leads in series, and the balancer leads in parallel at the same time.

Series (both mains and balance taps) might result in a lot of balancing time if the two batteries weren’t at the same charge level to start with.

Parallel (again both) might cause a pretty large rush of current between the two as you hook them up if they are at much different charge/voltage levels. I know parallel batteries are somewhat common in general, but the very low internal resistance of lipos makes this a little dicey it seems to me, but I’m not sure. Especially with the balance tap wiring, those won’t handle a lot of current.

Either way, the 606 is limited to 50 watts I believe, so at least during the CC portion you would be limited to about 3 amps into each battery (either series or parallel) instead of the standard 5 amps. Would help some at the end during the lower power portion of the CV stage though I guess.

Bottom line, suggest shopping for an additional charger.
