I have had that problem before. And what was causing my problem was the inside spokes on the rim were hitting the rear hub carrier. This happened most often with pro-line velocity rims. If that ends up being your problem make sure your wheels are not screwed on too tight and that the roll pins in your axles are not bent. Hope this helps.
